About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents

• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making

• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships

• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes

• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

• • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth

Rosebrook is a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 30 Mins from Frankston and 40 mins from Cranbourne. Rosebrook is an easy drive down the Mornington
